La Cocina Restaurant & Tapas Bar which is situated at No. 38, Jalan USJ 9/5P, Subang Jaya is owned by AATHIHYA SDN BHD. AATHIHYA SDN BHD was incorporated on 18th December 2000 and is a family owned company dealing with catering and related businesses.

The restaurant & bar is currently managed by Mr. Jeganathan Letchumanan, a Swiss trained chef by profession with extensive experience in hotel and catering trade in various countries. He was also with the world famous cruise liner - The Queen Elizabeth 2, for a period of 11 years. He served in the capacity of a "wine sommelier" and Maitre d' Hotel on board. His years of service means customers at La Cocina can expect the very best in food, wine & service. Authentic Spanish recipes are served in order to keep faithful customers coming back for more honest Spanish food. Soothing Spanish music serenades customers as they enjoy their dinner or visit to the

restaurant and bar. Its warm welcoming atmosphere has produced a dedicated and discerning crowd of regulars and is well known as a gathering spot for meetings. All this whilst savoring a jug of refreshing sangria, delicious tapas, paellas, great cocktails and a wide range of superb wines. Every Friday night is enhanced with live "salsa dance" and is packed with all "salsa aficionados" crowd both young and old! There is in addition a wine club membership of approximately 600+ members, whereby wine tasting and wine and dine events are conducted on a regular basis. A wine cellar that can house easily about 200 bottles of wine is also very popular. La Cocina Restaurant & Tapas Bar also hosts private parties, company functions, birthdays, launchings, wine and dine events and outdoor-catering. Furthermore, a number of companies, such as TOYOTA, DHL, DIGI, BASF, IKEA, AVAXX have held their company functions or events at La Cocina on a regular basis.
